The Man Behind the Vision
Vishal Thakker, Founder & Managing Director of Darsh Group, brings nearly 17 years of experience across real estate development and capital markets. Prior to founding Dhwaja, he held senior leadership roles at global property consulting firms, including JLL and DTZ, advising Fortune 500 corporations, global investors, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
In 2018, he founded Antonov Industrial Parks—now Darsh Group—with a mandate to deliver Grade-A, fully compliant industrial infrastructure. The Group’s flagship 250-acre Bhiwandi Industrial Park has since emerged as a sector benchmark. Under his leadership, Darsh Group is expanding across Dahej, Pune, Chennai, and Alibaug, while diversifying into residential and lifestyle developments.
